Negatives: clothes was left in the closet from previous guest no pillow case was on our pillows on one bed BUT house keeping came immediately once front desk was notified at check in, I was not told about breakfast or pool hours

Positives: It's a nice, comfortable place to stay, good location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast bar.
Negatives: We booked 3 months in advance and were notified via email that we would have a room on first floor as requested, it didn't happen, we had a valid reason for wanting a first floor room, had I known ahead of time that my request wouldn't be honored I would have cancelled, an extra $22 fee was also tacked on the amount that was confirmed online. We booked through Booking.com, maybe that was the problem, will contact Hampton directly if we decide to stay there again, if Hampton Inn has problems through Booking.com, they shouldn't use them.

Positives: As advertized -- it was a typical Hampton Inn
Negatives: Booking.com messed up my billing. I was charged for the 1st two nights (one at a time) and then I got a charge for the entire stay from Hampton. So I'm in the process of disputing the bill. Hampton says its your fault and you are impossible to reach by phone. Bottom line is I will never use Booking.com again and tell everyone about the mess you've made of my account.
