Positives: The property was okay. The shower in room 206 caused the water in the bath tub to rise to the top of the tub, taking hours to go down.
Negatives: Over night staff, Nichole was amazing. The day staff, not so much. They were not very accommodating. Cleaning crew also not very accommodating

Positives: The customer service was good. The receptionist was very helpful and nice.
Negatives: When we entered our hotel room we did the normal check in and when we looked on the bed the pillows were stained like they have been used for a while. Also the bed was a bit stained as well. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been, there was stains in the toilet and in the shower. When we did use the shower we had to let it run because of rust running in the water and had a certain smell. The breakfast was also a bit old the milk was spoiled and you could tell the food was just rebated a lot.

Positives: Stay here otw to NC annually from Florida, behind the place is a nice lake & hiking trail ,breakfast was lacking very little available. Quiet rooms in the back,front is close to highway somewhat noise Nice owners

Positives: The check in was great room fine.
Negatives: Trucks on I95 when went over bridge outside hotel caused a loud noise like tin being banged I did not know what it was until leaving the hotel so it made me feel very uneasy Road entrance to hotel was not inviting.

Positives: Absolutely nothing!!!! I expressed my concerns to management but no response!
Negatives: The room was disgusting! The bed squeaked horribly! The sheets were dirty looking. There were cobwebs in the corner, molding coming up, front door wouldn’t lock properly. I expressed my concerns shortly after we arrived and was told I had to wait to talk to the manager in the morning. She didn’t come in that morning. I asked for her number. I spoke to her and she said she talk to the owner. He offered $30 credit to my credit card. I have yet to see that credit!!!! He said he called Booking.com and emailed them. He said he didn’t get a response. He messaged me and told ME to call them!!!

Negatives: There was mold in the bathroom. The bed frame made a horribly loud metallic noise when one moved and got out of the bed. The shower was weak.
