The staff was rude, the floors had changed color from ware, the food was very bad. Even the other guest said they were not going to eat it. And if people did eat it was cereal. The eggs were runny, the sausage was Grey, and the coffee was room temp. I got down there at 8am so it wasn't to late.

In a good place in Rock Hill - easy to get to other areas. The staff was great - very kind & helpful! Our only issue was the key card to the room door was very temperamental!

It was clean. Lobby area was night and bright.

The location or area was not a good area. Lots of what I would say were sketchy people walking around in the parking lot and adjacent lots. We did not feel safe going out at night.

It was clean and easy access to and from where I needed to be. Other than the construction and all the strange people walking around the area and the Budget Inn next door which was sketchy it was good.

Also asked the night desk person for some milk the first night due to I needed to take some medication and she was not very helpful and didn’t help at all I know the breakfast stuff get put up but she acted like she could not even get to the stuff and the breakfast needs a little more variety on cereals bread products and toppings for waffles.
