The first room we got my.little one got bit by a bed bug and we booked 2 rooms with 2 beds and a pull out couch and that's not what we got said breakfast was included but only muffins and coffee asked for extra blankets and pillows since kids had to sleep on the floor and they didn't have any extras we had a kitchenett but they had no dishes or pots and pans until.last day then only gave us 2 place settings for 9 people and one pan

the lady at front desk and the manager were helpful

Room was smelly when we went inside, bathroom was not clean at all toilet had hair on it. Shower was still dirty with stains on the wall. looks like the only things that were changed in the room were the bedsheets. The staff was helpful but there was no housekeeping so we didn't get another room and had to spend the night there we didn't even shower.
