Positives:
Room was nice and it was clean.
Negatives:
Front desk staff extremely rude ( His name is Chauncey ) He threatened to cancel my reservation because I didn't want to give him my credit card. I booked through Booking,com so my room was already paid for. The way he talked to me was absolutely disgraceful. My stay there last year was excellent. Tiffany was extremely helpful when I had to alter my stay arrangements due to a death in my family. This is the hotel I chose to stay at on my yearly trips home to Pennsylvania and I honestly don't know if I will stay there again. I feel I paid only to be treated like dirt by Chauncey.

Restaurants are convenient. Coffee in the lobby was very good. Overall a good value for the money.

No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast could offer more options.

It sufficed just to sleep and get back on the road the next morning. The bed was comfortable and parking was convenient.
Negatives:
When we arrived the TV had been left on, which was strange. Not sure if someone else was assigned the room before us and then left or requested to switch rooms, leaving the TV on?
The cleanliness of the room was not up to the standard of other accommodations I’ve stayed at before. The room needed to be vacuumed more thoroughly, especially in the corners. The blue chair in the room had noticeable dirt in the crevices. The room also had major signs of wear and tear that really needs updating. The front door and toilet seat specifically need to be replaced. Those two items would make a big difference to how comfortable someone might feel in that space. We arrived too late to say something, but based on what we saw this is not a place I would return to.
