I hate how they tried to get an extra $50 out of me. I never even got my stay because the policy is not printed or updated publicly.

Positives:
Great location and quiet.
Price for two rooms was very reasonable. Staff was nice at check-in and check out. I explained my concerns, and she heard and was going to look into it when I was checking out.
Negatives:
In rooms 124 and 211, there's a pest problem. There were roaches when my uncle went to the bathroom on the floor, and one crawled up my daughter's bed.
In room 209, the walls and bathroom were not clean.
Beds could be a little bit bigger.The microwave in 209 did not work, I tried to warm up my food three times food was still cold.
The floors could have been cleaned better. The bathtub was not draining properly, so it left a dirt ring around the tub. The room next to me was used as a storage / downstairs. Outside my uncle's room was all this stuff piled up. The property needs to be kept up a lot better and upupdate.
I don't like how the manager or owner is cheaping out with this hotel.. This could be a great hotel.
I am writing this review for my uncle, who's not tech savvy.
