You couldn't order food from the restaurant by the phone in the room. You had to go and order it there. A very nice lady delivered it to our room, but they don't offer room service. After travelling for 7 hours, it would have been nice to offer room service as it showed on the in room info sheet.

Staff was very friendly considering there was no breakfast that you could have unless you had a credit card which disappointed many many people.
Negatives:
The AC didn't get cold until the morning. When you went to wake up, then you were freezing.
