The newly renovated Quality Inn & Suites Santee I-95 hotel is located in the heart of Santee, just a quarter mile off Interstate 95 and is within one mile of Lake Marion, Lake Moultrie, and three golf courses: Santee National Golf Club, Lake Marion Golf Course and Santee Cooper Golf. This hotel is central to local points of interest like Santee State Park, Santee National Wildlife Refuge and the Palmetto Trail. The location was very convenient to restaurants and the interstate. The pet fee was very fair and for this reason I will stay at Quality hotels in the future.

The top sheet was dirty ie had makeup stains on it. We found partially eaten meat kabobs under the bed.

The property was filthy. The room was so dirty and we were afraid to touch anything. The locks were busted so we had to sleep with one eye open. And we put towel towels on the bathroom floor and the shower floor in order to try to rinse. And that was the second room we went into the first one had no functioning electric.

Cold breakfast, the water was not hot for tea, the bread looks stale. A very minimal complementary breakfast and the front desk was not over exerting themselves for a set up. Bathroom could use a little bit to be updated/freshened up.

made a reservation while traveling, realized we were already past that location. asked for a refund, NO RESPONSE via email. very poor communication and lack of empathy for travelers. will NEVER stay at this location. maybe this establishment should have empathy for those who might choose to stay here.

Breakfast was a disaster. I had no cups for the coffee, no spoons.For the sugar , no eggs and one butter for the toast. I let the staff know, but they took a while to come back and I just decided to walk to the Waffle house that was next to the hotel.
