My family didn’t feel relaxed. We didn’t take showers because the bathroom wasn’t clean.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Had to call twice to finally show up. Checking in was a horrible. He had to call someone to confirm even I already showed him my confirmation. I am a travel agent and have stayed and recommended many hotels in my years of experience. This was the most memorable one

Good value except no breakfast (other than coffee). Had to go elsewhere for breakfast at a cost of $20. If I knew this ahead of time. I could have chosen another proper t y and paid $100, assuming breakfast was available and sufficient. Based on my comments, I'm not sure I would give it 2 stars.

The rooms stink there was a big hole in the bathroom door that was patched and never painted the bed was uncomfortable. I didn’t even wanna talk to the staff at the front desk. We’ll never stay there again. They shouldn’t even call it a suite.. and on top of that it had roaches!!

This place was a nightmare.The rooms had bad oders.The rooms were full of roaches and spiders.1 of my daughter got bit by a spiders.The linen was dirty and the bathrooms was nasty.We got our money back,then went across the street to the Holiday Inn.Pleasw people do not go to this place its not worth it.

It was dirty, the microwave didn’t have the glass turntable, the door didn’t close completely or fully lock, the toilet paper holder was completely pulled away from the wall and the walls had large pieces of drywall missing. The picture on the wall had been water damaged and was warped and had water stains. The furniture was broken. There was a large juice container just outside our door half full of water and cigarette butts. The staff was not friendly.
