People smoking pot. Outdoor pool closed while supposed to be open and was cold while the weather has been in the 90’s. Breakfast was terrible. No elevator, my wife and I are over 60 and staff didn’t care to move us to the first floor.

The cockroaches! One small one the curtains was passable. But the others came when the light was turned off. My wife and I packed up and left! The night manager was understanding and offered another room, but no thanks. He refund my money though and apologized.

The rooms were updated and clean. Much nicer than other locations I’ve stayed and definitely nicer than when it was the Jameson. The beds and pillows were cozy and clean. WiFi worked great.

The pool has not been cleaned or skimmed in quite some time… there were hairs, bugs, little pieces of trash, etc floating all over the place. The water was clear but bits of everything floating on top. Also, the staff was very nice but the manager seemed a little overbearing with the clerk that was checking us in. She was doing just fine but the Indian lady kept second guessing her and pointing out things she should do before she even had a chance to do it. I felt like she was stressing the clerk out and making her really nervous.
