Bed was comfortable and jacuzzi was nice!
Negatives:
The lady that checked us in was rude. She was eating when we walked in and after she was done she just stared at us without saying a word. Only thing she said was she needed a card for incidentals and our room number. A elderly man came up asking about the ice machine location and she didn’t even look up just said down the hall! I have never seen anyone so rude on customer service. The man that check us out in the morning was very friendly!

King bed was very comfortable, room was large. Nice to have a jacuzzi room.
Negatives:
Some of the jacuzzi jets did not work in our jacuzzi tub, the shades on the windows had some holes & shed light from the parking lot (I Like it dark). Breakfast was sub par-no half & half which is a total no no for folks who enjoy coffee with cream, they had coffee mate & French Vanilla creamer only-yuck! No fresh regular size bagels either.
