The location and quiet. We love the walk in showers and new lounge/breakfast area.
Negatives:
Requested first or second floor. There weren't any king rooms available there when we arrived.
We stayed on the third floor which didn't agree with my Mennier's Disease. I will be calling directly to the Hampton in the future. The staff is always friendly and they work hard to take care of everyone.

There was a repetitive metalic banging/clicking noise between the bathroom and the bed. It made sleep impossible.

See the previous statement. Also there was shooting that disturbed me. I understand there is nothing you could do about people shooting out in the town.

It was suppose to have a tub but only a shower. The pool was suppose to open at 8 but it didn't open the next day .it was closed when we left at 11. Our paperwork said our check out time was 1:15 but Noone ever told us we thought it was at 11 even though we got there at 7:42 pm .

The room was very clean and comfortable bed! The front desk agent was extremely nice at check in and helpful.
Negatives:
Due to construction there were not a lot of breakfast options...we were told we could go next door and have breakfast for $10. My husband wanted a cup of orange juice at checkout and was told they were out of juice and told he could purchase 1 for $3. Seemed a little inconveniencing and there was no mention of construction or a full breakfast not being available. When you u pay for a room you want the full amenities stated.
