The breakfast was hot, different varieties, and the hospitality from Ms. Susan was awesome! This lady deserves a raise! She helped my husband with my coffee (which he didn't know how to make ?). Everything about breakfast was great!
Negatives:
Everything was good, except the placemats at the front entrance was dirty, but the stay was nice.

Review
Positives:
Cleanliness of the hotel and the professionalism of staff
Negatives:
There was a smell in the room that never went away . May have been in the carpet
Review
Negatives:
Delayed checkin because staff was unavailable (even after ringing the bell). The clerk seemed to have an attitude, and very short patient. I was placed on the same floor as construction..told only room available.

Positives:
The location was great for the event I was attending and the staff was nice for the most part. The breakfast was probably the best part.
Negatives:
Immediately walking off the elevator we were greeted with construction work of renovations consisting of a large mess, dust everywhere and loud hammering and power tools(don’t get me wrong they need the update.!) I was informed at check in they would stop the construction around 8pm .however I wasn’t informed of this when I booked my room. The construction wasn’t the worst part of my stay, opening up the door to my room was, the room had an AWFUL smell of mildew which I originally thought smelled like cats lived there. My 4 year old who had a bath before our 9 hours drive had black feet after waking on the carpet after an hour, the carpet felt gross and grimy to even walk on barefoot. This was a major problem because my 7 month old constantly wants down and the only safe spot was the carpet. Ive stayed in nicer $50 dollar hotels and I paid almost $180 for this place. Go ahead and pay the extra $50 to stay somewhere else if you want a comfortable stay. I

I would choose somewhere else, not worth $180.

I love the property it’s under construction. We have a new remodel room very elegant.
Negatives:
Over all cleanliness outside and inside
Review
Positives:
The location in proximity to why we were there and all the amenities in the area. The hotel was right in the middle where we needed to be.
Negatives:
The fact that construction was going on at the hotel during our stay, on the same floor and in the two rooms directly across from our room, was very noisy. The construction was being conducted on all 3 days and late in the evening, which was unfortunately.

Positives:
The front desk staff, it was very accommodating at all hours and the breakfast chefs were phenomenal. They were so kind and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. That's in the area.
