3. The property has great breakfast options but often times dishes were dirty and unclean to use. The breakfast staff was friendly and very helpful

3. Unfriendly staff and staff gossip about guests (very unprofessional)
5. Unresolved issue and lack of accountability on behalf of Hyatt representative

7. Dirty/stained pillowcases.
8. Absolutely NO hot water for 3 days.

Very very very disappointing and left with a medical issue due to smoking in rooms.
