The location was great although was a little tricky when using GPS on Google maps. The price was reasonable. Reserve now and pay later was convenient and late checkin was also a plus. Breakfast bar amazing.
Negatives:
They do not have any other options for laundry other then dry cleaning which is a additional fee and don't have a laundry room for tenants.That they do not offer smoking rooms on the top floor. They charged $100 more from my card than what was originally quoted

The place is in need of serious care. The room smells bad because it was closed for a long time and no ventilation. Old, broke and decaying fridge furniture with a lead stains and poor maintenance. The cleaning people might be good but the maintenance an keep up with them!

My reservation was confirmed online, but when I got to the hotel the attendant said my card was declined and she couldn't move any further. I believe her name was Lisa and she was extremely pleasant and courteous she tried all she could to get to the bottom of it and after nearly an hour I was able to check in. She assured me everything went through and that mu card wouldn't have been charged multiple times. The room was very clean it didn't have a phone and thw bathroom floor had previously been damaged as well as the TV stand but overall it was a very pleasant stay. Lisa's customer service was superb.
