This property is located right off the interstate it’s convenient. It’s quick ,they take our puppies.

We had no problems with staffing, but some of the front desk staff was irritated because they’re morning replacements did not show up. They did their best, but having already done their shift it was hard for them to keep working.

Staff was rude took 4 trys of going back and forth to get key to work after having to change rooms after the 2nd try because I could see three window the beds weren't even made pillows on table never been cleaned for the day after finally getting a key to open a new rooms door the stench was so bad I hated the sheets were stained with bodily fluids the mold in bathroom was growing as looked at it upon calling the front desk I was rudely told I well if you don't like it you can leave and hung up on

It was just a questionable room. We stayed there on April 26 also and the room we had then was much cleaner. The carpet was so sticky and yucky we dared not to go barefoot! The shower rod and curtain was broken, the hair dryer didn't work,
There was coffee and a pot but no cups. Wouldn't a Keurig be better??

i think I addressed most of this in the answer above but I booked the room strictly because it was a Baymont by Wyndham. I really expected it to be much nicer and not broken down and dirty. We couldn't tell if our sheets were clean or not but we finally decided to hope they were. We believe this motel might be one that the government uses to house homeless people in for emergency purposes. We also believe the motel was being used for prostitute purposes. I think someone from higher up on the food chain needs to pay this motel a visit. if you are looking for someone to "secret shop" any of your motels/hotels, please call me, this is the kind of work we do and we can help you keep your eyes on your motels.

I will be making this EXACT TRIP again on September 13 and September 26 and was planning to stay here but probably will not after this experience. WE did NOT complain to the front desk because what good would it have done??

aThe floor was absolute black filthy. Reported it to the front desk. I prefer having bare feet and had to wash the bottom of them twice. The white facecloth they provide was black as coal after cleaning my feet.
