The staff was friendly & helpful. That’s where it ended.
Negatives:
The bed was too uncomfortable to sleep for my husband. He spent most of the night on pillows in an uncomfortable chair. I dozed for a few hours at best. We are non smokers and our room was non smoking but we walked through a gathering area for smoking. Every time we opened our door they were gathered smoking & smoke came into our room. Food was limited in the area for delivery & just adequate.
