Positives: The breakfast staff and morning desk clerk were very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: We were to get a King room. We got a double fitted for handicap. It was very small and cramped. The hallway by the elevator was so small, there was no room to stand. Craziness. The evening desk staff were not helpful or friendly.

Negatives: Carpet felt tacky and smelled sour; air was only semi-cool, no closet-just rod or hooks on a wall with a curtain in front of it; small and cramped- only approximately 12-15 inches between end of bed and tv console
