This is a very 'tired' property. Recent remodel did ok but building is in rough condition. doors are in especially bad shape. parking lot in bad shape. Windows have some type of aged film.

This was the ONLY place in town to have a recliner as I must sleep upright. The recliner needed fixing and cleaning, but they had! Staff during check in was pleasant, welcoming and helpful (I use a walker so the opening of doors and any curb steps,if there any are hard for me)! Katherine made the night for me. Pool looked clean. Breakfast was good! I liked the radio in the roomm. Room was cleaned, stocked and QUIET!

There are some maintenance and upgrade issues. Should have let us know there would be no housekeeping on the morning of the A4th of June. Maybe was overpriced--think that may be whiles were still available because one was in the door they would have seem the good things it had to offer.

The location was easy to get to.

We drove from Arkansas to South Dakota with our twin toddlers, both of whom are autistic and require special care. After over 13 hours in a car with no air conditioning, we arrived physically exhausted and emotionally drained, only to be met with hostility and chaos at check-in.
Upon arrival, we were told that no payment had been received, despite having a confirmation from Booking.com that we had prepaid for a two-night stay. We were also told the reservation showed only one night and that we would need to pay again and provide a $100 deposit. The woman working the front desk—who we later learned is the general manager—was extremely rude, flippant, and unwilling to assist. She made it clear we would have to figure it out ourselves and even refused to speak directly to the Booking.com representative who was trying to resolve the situation.
My partner, who was visibly overwhelmed and pacing while on the phone with her mother in the breakfast area, was accused of being "high." This accusation was made without any basis and is discriminatory and inappropriate. My partner is in recovery and has ADHD and PTSD—conditions which can manifest in high-energy, anxious behavior, especially during stressful situations. Regardless, it is not acceptable for your staff to assume or accuse guests of drug use based on their appearance or demeanor.
Eventually, Booking.com determined that the wrong card information had been sent due to a third-party error. After the confusion was resolved, the GM reluctantly allowed us to check in, but her attitude remained cold and judgmental throughout our stay. She placed us in the middle of the second floor, surrounded by other guests, despite knowing we were traveling with two young children who are on the spectrum. Predictably, there was a brief noise complaint after a short argument between my partner and me early the next morning.
