Positives:
We love this place we visit the black hills every year for our anniversary and we always go to this best western and love it!!
Negatives:
We would prefer ham or bacon in the am instead of sausage since there already is sausage gravy with the biscuits. We also stayed in Wall Drug for a night at the best western and they had a pancake maker maybe that or waffle maker. Just a little variety with the breakfast.

Other than the scenic nature of it all, pretty much nothing!
Negatives:
The lady at the front desk was horribly rude. I had told her about the TV not working whatsoever and she refused to even offer another room or anything, pretty much said nothing I can do and thats a me issue as we sat in silence all night. It was the most noisiest place Ive ever stayed, couldnt get a wink of sleep and the hot tub was incredibly disgusting! A guy in the hot tub with us pulled out a condom on the bottom of his foot. I thought it was pretty funny but there were so many kids in there, it was pretty gross.

Nice location, walked into Hill City for dinner both nights. Liked the suite layout.

Not really a didn't like, but a bit disappointed there was no restaurant on site. Apparently didn't reopen post covid.

Three Bed and mine was separated from the other two

They blocked of the parking lot to do some work on it so we had a long walk to put our bags back in the car, they had not even started the work when we left.

It was in a good location & the breakfast area was great as was the food. The room was very nice & the bed SO comfortable.
Negatives:
The actual name was very small & almost un-noticeable. The parking lot was full of cones & when we first walked in it looked like it was in transition
