The bed was about the only comfortable thing about my stay due to a blizzard stranding me and a car breaking down.
Negatives:
The room was filthy, the ceiling was falling apartment freezer on either side of the fridge was disgusting! The shower hadn't been cleaned with streaks of dirtiness and an extremely slow draining drain. The desk clerk was rude and condescending. Someone needs to properly train for a hospitality position. I've worked in hospitality this has been by far the worst experience I've had! The breakfast offered no milk for cold cereals, no jelly, jam, or butter for the stale bread offered.

Clean the room. Make sure there are not other guests hairs etc. on the surfaces. Put items where they belong. Make sure that everything in the room functions. Like the heating and cooling unit, lamps/lighting.
