I'm going to need a refund. We have a border collie so as expected they put us in a 'PET' friendly room. When I opened the room door it smelled awful. My dogs Doghouse smells better. We tried to get refund..they said have to go through this app. We went south to a BETTER best western. So I'm needing my money back

They need to get rid of the bands to go in the pool area. We went to meet family that live oit there and had to get bands for them too after we paid for a room. Very stupid idea

The property was central to most stores. Restaurants and amenities.
Negatives:
For our stay .. we didn’t receive maid services or clean towels. The room was not cleaned properly when we got there. We found children’s toys under the beds and tables. The bathroom soaps and shampoos were already opened and used.
