Arriving before Check-In time, the Front Desk securely stored my luggage until my room was ready to Check-In--so I could go to Lunch w/ friends w/out carrying the case around. Meals at the Restaurant/Bar were GREAT and the Staff took care of all requests and needs. In addition to my Service, The Holiday Inn Cvc. Ctr. also took care of residents of the Apt. Cmplx. nearby for the elderly--due to an accident that damaged their bldg. and caused a Gas Leak requiring Emergency Evacuation. The service to these people was exceptional from all comments I heard from them. I will DEFINITELY stat at this Holiday Inn the next time I visit Rapid City for any event or occasion. Thank You to them for a great experience!

Pool area was a little dirty. Could use more towels and the hot tub was way too hot. Need more seating as well. Only a few chairs were scattered around since some were use to block a closed down hot tub.

The room is run down had mold spots above the shower and dark spots in between the tiles in the shower. Not to mention no exhaust fan working in the bathroom. No USB ports for phone charger by the bed or anywhere in the room. For 413$ for 2 nights you'd think that you wouldn't have a line at check in and rude people at the desk. I won't be back for sure. Can travel a few miles in town for a better weekend stay!
