Carlos Robles, AGM, admitted to scamming my credit card for an additional 50.00 charge in an e mail after I caught the unapproved billing to my card. Although he said he would reimburse my card, no action has taken place. I am now in dispute with my credit card. No more Booking.com or LA Quinta for me unless restitution is made to me.
Negatives:
