Absolutely nothing
Negatives:
Room was filthy. Homeless people squat there and hotel employee was aware. Parking lot had a crowd of people partying and using drugs. Climbing on our truck and tried to break in (witnessed by my husband) Went to desk and reported it. They didn't care.

The hotel is in a good location and looks nice from the outside. There are a lot of rooms and all doors open directly to the parking lot.
Negatives:
We did not realize the room was dirty and lacking items when we checked in. The bed was made and looked clean but nothing else was clean, lacking towels and wash cloths, Wi-Fi certificate was outdated.Vinyl floor was disgusting.

Absolutely nothing. How this place is still run by those people is beyond me.

Snow blowing in around the door, hair in the shower, no extra blankets or pillows, an A/C that doubled as a heater and sucked, no hot water, absolutely freezing in the room, staff was absurdly rude, drug deals happening all over the property, nothing offered for breakfast, and did I mention that the staff is beyond rude and offensive? Also the phone in the room doesn't work, so you can't even call the front desk to complain.

This place is borderline on needing to be shut down.

Nothing. I booked queen beds and the lady gave me double beds and wouldnt let me change rooms cuz it was dirty already. We didnt even go in the room yet and the floors were filthy. The bathroom door didnt close and there was wallpaper coming off the walls. Overall dirty place!

Everything. This place is the worst dump ive ever stayed in and Ive booked a lot of rooms on booking.com seriously considering trying other sites now

It was awful. There were several large blood stains on mattress- 4 and 7 inch diameters and a 14 inch diameter molded stain of something. The room smelled like urine. There was nothing I liked about this hotel. We did not stay there. It was horrible
