Immediately after we checked in, I received a call on the room phone. They wanted to ensure that we weren?t charged twice for the room. Could I provide my credit card number? I hung up but someone tipped off the caller when we checked in.

While outdated, it was very clean and well cared for. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was hearty. A great deal for what we paid-would definitely stay again.

The price was outrageous! My grandson was life flighted to the NICU and I had my other 2 grandkids. Didn't have a lot of money to send, but couldn't let them sleep in the car. Very unimpressed that they jacked up the prices for a weekend because it's a holiday.

I liked that the rooms and bedding were clean. The bedding was white, stain free and crisp haha. 4 pillows on a king. The bathroom was clean down to the ceiling fan and shower curtain. Huge plus to look behind the bathroom door and see it clean. It is older and you can tell it's not been updated for awhile, but the location and cleanliness means so much to me while I'm traveling. Also they had a decent breakfast.....scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pastries, breads, and waffles. Had a basic pool and hot tub. The front desk guy was awesome and helpful!! His name is Milan. Whatever I needed he was there to help.

I had a room that was shared once, like a conjoining bedroom. So when the neighbors had their tv on and were visiting and laughing it was very loud in our room. Other than that l, not alot to complain about. Over all it was definitely worth the rate and will return when in SF again.
