The location was great about 10 minutes away from everything we were there for.
Negatives:
The toilet was not working properly and couldn't use it the whole couple days we were there. The first night the guy said he would notify maintenance and or note it for maintenance and he didn't. Only found that out at 5p.m. the next day. Then the lady finally did. However, no one came to fix it. There was no empathy or motivation to make it right. We had to use the bathroom out and about or go down to the 1st floor from the 3rd floor find the bathroom and use it... Our TV remote didn't work, shower drain wouldn't stay up, hairs all over the bedding that were not ours, yelling and screaming from a person in the hotel on the floor, being very disruptive. When I called the desk they seemed annoyed that I called and just tried to get me off the phone. They were slightly rude staff cold shoulder like. Seemed like they didn't care to take care of anything. Now I'm playing a game with the manager and the desk trying to talk to the manager but he conveniently has always "just left". Also the hallways always smelled of weed..

The property was so so, the staff however, fully make the place, they were incredibly accommodating, very kind, always waved and treated my baby like she was important when she walked through, always greeted me and my wife as we walked in, HOPE however was the best of all, I had a package that I was waiting for and she made sure from the mail truck to my hands that nobody touched it other than her, she was very protective of it and made sure to call the moment it came through the door! She always made sure we had breakfast even when I would come down late on the weekends, she was the best, the staff at this facility were fantastic

Rooms need maintenance by an actual skilled repair man, everything is cobbled together

The location was decent.

Highly disappointed.
First glance appears very decent for the value. It seems they are making updates to the rooms.
Then, while settling into my room, I can see there are stains all over the carpet - does not appear vacuumed throughout the room.
There were stains on the towels… and hairs along the bathroom floor - not appearing swept/mopped. Went to go to the bathroom and it was quite obvious the toilet set had not been wiped down with leftover urine spots dried to the seat.
The room was nonsmoking but smelled of stale smoke from the past.
It was late and the bed sheets appeared clean, but I promptly checked out in the morning requesting a receipt at the front desk and to cancel my 2nd night. The front desk man said, ok & he couldn’t give me a receipt - to handle that request on booking.com. Essentially, lost my money on the second night but was happier to pay to go elsewhere - somewhere cleaner.
