Aaron and Ashley were super people they helped me with questions I had and made check-in/out very easy.

The only complaint I could even find and it is more of a personal thing is the fan on the unit wasn’t loud enough. I like to sleep with a fan on at home but I couldn’t hear this one running at all. So to some it would be a great thing.

Aaron was exceptional. The morning front desk girl who checked me out was scored a 10 as well. However, the shuttle driver was so rude!! Terrible driver and my safety was not his concern. Bad driving and poor personality. But, everyone and everything else was fabulous!

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We appreciated the lemon water available at all times in the lobby and a fridge in our room. The location was super convenient for one night stays right by the airport when our flights came in and left in the middle of the night and our actual vacation stay was 90 minutes away from the airport.
Negatives:
While I appreciated the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion being a nicer brand and being available in large bottles, we personally would have preferred a less toxic (scent-free) version. I know a hotel can’t accommodate everyone’s needs and we had our own soap on hand. That’s just me being extremely nit picky for review purposes.
