Nothing at all, maybe only that it was close to the highway so I could leave easily in the morning.
Negatives:
There were cigarette burns in the chairs and the comforter. Pet hair and human hair all over the pillows and sheets. There were cigarette butts in the sink drain. And by morning, the cockroaches emerged. Don’t stay here. It also took over 25 minutes to check in because the employee didn’t really know what she was doing. I was so tired after driving four hours that day that I just couldn’t fight it.

I went to check in and the lady from the front desk was placing a sign in the door. I explained to her that I had booked a room online and she informed me that she could not rent out any rooms at all due to a contagiiy. I never received a refund as my room was non refundable on the booking site. I felt like America's best should have refunded my money but they did not. I ended up having to go to another motel and pay $89.00

I booked the room for an individual who is homeless only to find out that she had been banned from staying there. When I tried to get a refund the person working registration threatened to call the police on me. So I was out 81$ for a room that was never stayed in.

When I checked in Jamie was great I smelled mildew in room and Jamie was very helpful she sprayed the room with deodorizer and invited me to just call if I needed anything. She was the best very pleasant made my stay a delight.
