Morning shift called at 10 am while I was sleeping to ask if I was checking out. The room wasn't really clean. The pillows were beyond awful.

I asked for a crib. They did not have any and no one let me know. Had to have sheets changed on beds 3 times as they were dirty. Which was almost every day. They had no coffee or juice for continental breakfast served wrapped danish only limiting to one per person. First day house keeping came early in morning to clean, I had people in shower so asked them to come back later. Room was never serviced. I was really disappointed and would have moved to another hotel if I had not been charged for all 4 days.

If your local. You have you have to pay a 100 cash deposit. We live almost 3 hours away. Came for a rodeo association we work for to work rodeo. We dont carry cash!! And that wasn't in the booking information!!

For no reason the manager called my personal cell phone at 1:11 a.m to see if I got towels and extra blanket that I never asked for because he couldn't remember what room needed them or if they got them. Breakfast was and apple or a honeybun. The light/ fan made a humming whistling noise the whole time. We cut our stay short and left a day early. Not to impressed. Also hung the do not disturb sign on the door and it was taken off by someone. So I dont see their being much privacy or respect to the customer.
