Location was good the bed was clean but a little stiff

Had only a half roll of toilet paper and when I booked the room it said breakfast included but when we got there they were doing renovations and there was no breakfast

The place so bad we didn't even stay there, sure would NOT eaten there.
Negatives:
Everything, it was so nasty, only 1 light bulb in the whole room, the floor had a nasty dirty black residue on it. The stench was so overwhelming it burnt your eyes and nose. They were working on cars in the parking lot and cooking in their rooms. Felt so unsafe we left.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Noisy. There were groups of people that appeared to be long term residents. They were standing on the sidewalk, smoking cigarettes and talking loudly early in the morning. During the evening there were several car doors slamming and car horns.

It was clean. I just needed a place to sleep in preparation for surgery the next morning.

The TV was nearly impossible to operate and had very little to offer in options to watch. Could only find two local channels to watch, and having lived in the area previously I know there are more available than that. Also no instructions on using the TV or accessing internet/Wi-Fi.

It was alright other than my car being hit but that wasn’t not the hotels fault or staff by any means.

Clean and well maintained property, but the staff brings it down to undesirable

We prepaid on booking.com and had a receipt to verify, BUT the front counter person was adamant that it was NOT paid and basically told us PAY or LEAVE. Thus, we were forced to pay a second time and then had to fight with booking.com to get a refund. We were finally forced to contact our credit card company, lodge a complaint with them & get the charges canceled
