Between Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, May 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, May 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation.
