The room was disgusting with tape and plastic covering the smoke alarm. The bed sounded and felt like it was a metal sheeting placed over old metal filling cabinets. The sink would fill with water and have to wait 5 minutes to drain. The chair in the room looked worse than something picked up of the curb on garbage day.

They had a room when it was needed. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Door had gaps at bottom of seal and along the 4 1/2 feet high gap on side with lock. Had to use towels rolled up and wedged in space to keep smoke coming in from outside due to a person talking on phone and smoking outside in breezeway. Could see light from outside through gaps in door and thresholds on bottom and side. The chair by bed looked like cats or dogs had clawed the fabric.

Upon arrival the front desk agent was awesome. I had forgotten to ask for a handicap room. She made a couple of computer clicks & accommodated us. She was super sweet & very friendly.
Negatives:
AC was either too hot or too cold. No happy medium. The tub floor was very slippery and was reported to the front desk upon checkout. Need to add some sort of non-slip mat.
