Update the rooms, TV’s, bathrooms, and carpet. The lamps did not have a usb plug for a cell phone which is VERY outdated. The soap dispensers didnt even work so if I wanted soap or shampoo I would of been out of luck. Think about things!!!! You can’t stay in the past if you want good ratings.

I booked a room through booking.com which stated that it sleeps 6 people. I get to the hotel and it doesn't sleep 6 people. I was forced to buy another room or try to find another hotel and split my family up between 2 hotels. It was a very busy weekend with no where close to book a room. The only room they had was $360.00/ night. The original room that I booked was a little over $200/ night. So, I paid over $500 to stay at this hotel for one night. Booking.com did not help with additional fees for the second room I had to book due to their false advisement on their website, the hotel refused to help because they said it wasn't their fault. (Both booking.com and the hotel waisted my time going back and forth blaming each other instead of trying to help or at least giving me some of my money back for the second hotel room. ) I suggest you make for sure that there are plenty of beds in your room before you stay, even if your room states it can sleep how ever many people you have in your party. I did not under book my room. They falsely advertised a room and I had to pay for it. The additional room that we booked was nasty, there were stains all over the sheet/ on the bed. There were stains all over the coach, sheets, back board to the bed and the over all cleanliness was low. The room was filthy. The staff was ok. The breakfast was decent. Then, after paying $500, I needed pillows/ blankets for the pull out coach. I was told that there were no pillows or blankets in the whole hotel. Make that make sense! I had to ask multiple times, it was almost midnight before I was given pillows/ blankets to my room for my self and my kids to have enough to sleep because we were not even given enough to sleep with.
