It's a Hyatt...I didn't expect it to be so dated... Although it was clean. It was just so dated like the 1980's or 1990's lol

Why are we paying for parking in disabled parking?

Nothing. Undisclosed parking fee ruined my stay.

Undisclosed parking fee. Even an extra fee to pay the parking fee!!! $8 for parking, with a $1 fee to pay it, and tax, coming to $9.88 to park in a suburban surface parking lot, with no warning in advance. Hotels that do this should lose your business.

We arrived on Friday and found out they were redoing the parking lot. We had to park away from the main door and Carey our luggage. When we entered, the young man was as if he did not care at all about our trouble. He was like a robot. Very rude.

Good sized room & fairly quiet. Breakfast was included.

Reception staff were very inexperienced & unable to help with any questions on suspected over charging. We stayed for 5 nights & rooms went unserviced the entire stay, despite housekeeping staff being onsite.

Checked in around 8pm, went to our room, it was never cleaned from the previous people, ironing board in middle of room, bed a mess, towels all over the bathroom floor, cups everywhere. Went back down with all our luggage and had to get another room. The next morning at 815 no eggs said they werent making any more, the next morning same time same thing, this time no sausage. Parking is a joke, no one said we had to pay for parking.
I think I really should have got my money back for some of this.
We usually stay at Drury Inn, we will definitely go back there the next time.
If you would like-to refund our money, that would be great. We definitely deserve some kind of something back. We actually decided to go to get breakfast at a restaurant this morning. It wasnt worth going down to yours.

It was a comfortable room. The breakfast wasn't good. Not a place to eat in.

Location was nice. Breakfast was better than most hotels.

Housekeeping was supposed to come after our second night. They never came once. Requested additional towels and bed sheets, because they had mold on them. We were told we shouldnt worry because it was burnt feathers we know what mold is and looks like. Bathroom was so small it was difficult to get in and out of the shower. Booking said that parking was free, but it was not. Overall a bad experience

The breakfast bar was not that great. We just came from another Hyatt Place in Memphis and it did not come close. They were out of a lot of thins, bad selection, and not the cleanest.
