Staff was great, location is wonderful, and the rooms were clean. Not the most extravagant, but good for the price.

There is only 2 washers and dryers, and they are not in a very convenient location. There were also issues with the coffee machines in the lobby.

Great price, quiet safe location just 15 minutes from downtown for less than half the price you'd pay downtown.
Positives:
The evening front desk associate was very friendly, polite, suggested places to eat, to shop. The room was a great size, nice beds but the pillows were too flimsy
Negatives:
toilet tissue was sitting on tub, didn't have a toilet tissue holder. Smoke detector battery needed changing, the phones didn't work, had to use personal phone to call front desk. A gentleman came up to change the battery, didn't know how, took detector to the front desk and really couldn't sleep knowing there was no working smoke detector in room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too flimsy. We checked out early, spoke with clerk at from desk about our concerns and she didn't offer an apology or anything, wasn't too friendly. For the location and money charged, the hotel needs some vass improvements
