Clean and comfortable overnight stay
Positives:
The lobby and downstairs always looked and smelled clean. The staff is amazing. Our toilet didnt flush so they just moved us to another room across the hall immediately.And the breakfast is something else!! So many options...hot and cold, and always full. The beds were amazing and theres a sleep app they provide to you to help you fall asleep and rest well. It really is an awesome place to stay. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will definitely be booking here again!!

The pool needed to be tended to a bit more. Broken umbrellas, I had to use the net and clean out the stuff floating, and cushions on chairs had bird poop on them.

Breakfast was great, room was great. We had a late check in, that became even later (3:00am!!) due to horrible traffice and storm. I called to update and there was no issue checking in. Much appreciated!

The young lady at front desk when we checked in around 6-7pm. She was helpful

Took 10 minutes to get hot water. The room was hot and A/C had to be on 60 to cool wouldn't run on auto. Location of bathroom and sink were inconvenient. Room was one side of an adjoining room the door wasn't locked on arrival we locked it Had a family on the other side with small crying children obviously the doors aren't soundproof could hear everything even the parents said. We didn't ask for this room we were put there after first room had no power. Breakfast was just ok scrambled eggs were sitting in water.. The property needs maintenance. Walls were beat up doors scratched.. Elevator extremely slow. Just not up to par.
