The hotel was refurbished and a new feel to it. The room was on the first floor with parking in front of the door, so load/unload was easy. No breakfast, which we knew prior to booking. The heating/cooling equipment worked well and controls responsive/
Negatives:
Kleenex was provided in Red Roof Inn packets. We are still trying to get the package open.
