The attention in the reception office was good and the person in charge helped me up to solve some reservation issues. I am thankful for his patience.

The actual "room" was recently renovated. The hotel/Motel was extremely convenient to EVERYTHING you will need while out of town such as: gas stations, interstate, food, festivities etc. Someone was always available when needed.
Negatives:
The room was recently renovated but the bedding such as sheets, comforter, towels and rags were very old, some damaged, torn and/or stained and ready to be replaced immediately. The lobby is closed all day except during the breakfast window. This is hotel is tucked in a nook and in between 2 abandon buildings. The rooms are facing outdoor near the road (no view) with limited parking.
