No hot water in shower. Just had cereal and yogurt for breakfast. Employees dont speak good english. Even though i was the only one the first night they still charged me for two people for both nights.

The property was kept clean. It was fairly quiet.
The beds were comfortable to sleep in and the service was done well.
Negatives:
I don't mind having our room cleaned everyday, but to be woken up at 7 in the morning while we were still sleeping was an inconvenience. We had to turn down the cleaning offer a couple of times.
Beds were clean, but there were stains on the sheets. It would be nice to add a couple more things to the continental breakfast like maybe oatmeal or scrambled eggs.

We booked this to split up the drive on a cross country drive home. Phenomenal price! We paid $150 for 2 rooms. Easy check in.
Negatives:
Sheets were stained in our rooms. When we asked for a new fitted bedsheet (to put on ourselves) the front desk seemed annoyed with us. (To be clear: I believe the sheet had been washed, but it had gross stains that couldn’t be removed and should’ve been thrown away. Even the replacement I was given had been stained.) The room itself was comfortable, but didn’t feel super clean. I would stay again considering how great the price was, but would bring my own sheets.

Quiet and fairly comfortable place to stay. Great shower and comfortable bed. Close to Hamilton place. We stay here whenever we are in Chattanooga.

Sometimes the floor could be washed, all clean and tidy otherwise.
