I told booking.com I would pay at the hotel and they charged it anyway..Booking did not tell me there was a $100 refundable deposit until after I booked and it charged me and it to cash directly from my cash app card. The hotel told me it would take 7-10 days to get the money back and I am furious because it was cash I needed for my 7 hour trip from Tennessee to Ohio the next day. I will never use booking.com again!

Sheets and mattress covers had stains carpeting had stains the sleeper sofa mattress was so old when I checked it the mattress was coming apart. No breakfast just a 24 hour diner that wasn't 24 hours and extremely expensive. We tried an appetizer sampler that was overcooked in old oil took a couple bites and threw it away.

First, I want to say how much I appreciated them treating my ESA dog so well. We were put in a room that was a convenience to her. The staff was so nice and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed eating at the diner on sight. The food was so good. And the desserts, so many to choose from. I do recommend this place. Oh, it was also nice and quiet.
