Staff came in one day and asked what we needed and one of them was to please empty the trash. Didn’t happen. Also in the adjoining room where my
brother was staying the toilet seat was very loose. We reported it but it was never fixed.

The chair in our room was so gross-- dirty and stained. We let the staff know but nothing was done. The shower head was dangling, the plug to the tub drain was broken. There was water damage in the room and the bed wasn't properly made.

Loved this hotel and it was so big, double beds and a living room with a sofa bed. Helped with extra blanket. The staff was so friendly and loved to chat and make guest feel like they was at home. Loved the coffee.

It was hot in our room when we got there. Took along time before it got cooled off.
