Property appeared to be recently renovated. Fresh paint, floors, linens, soft goods, etc. Beds were comfortable, small indoor pool, good water pressure, all for a great price. TV software included a Netflix sign-on app, very convenient. Very convenient to the highway.

Only gripe is they have two ice machines and they have permanently put one out of commission. Meaning first floor occupants have to walk upstairs to get ice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. When we needed anything he was there and didn’t make us wait.

Very difficult to open the door. Had to go to the staff to open the door. The sheets on one of the beds was not clean. There was black and white hair in the sheets my friend who we were staying with clean the floor. The floor was disgusting. Also shower water was lukewarm at best also needs to have faucet in shower changed. The water was coming out of both faucet for the tub and shower. I will never stay at a Days Inn again.

The location was good, right off the interstate. We liked the indoor pool, although-it does need to be cleaned. The beds were comfy.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest. Lots of hair and sticky floors. My biggest complaint is the noise. We had a front facing room and the door didn’t shut well. The noise from the road kept us all up a lot of the night.

The hotel was located right off I-40, which was great. It allowed quick access to the city or attractions like Lookout Mountain. When inside the room, you could not hear the car traffic and it was quiet overall. The rooms have been updated and are nice. The breakfast area was clean and open, with decent options. The staff was friendly during all interactions. There was a small pool located on the second floor.
