Almost impossible to find the place. Only guests must book online, because it is completely hidden from the highway. Maybe 40 rooms , only 6 cars in the lot, and a NO VACANCY sign on the office window.
Checked both sides of the interstate, because GPS seemed as confused as I was. Finally asked staff at a nearby restaurant. Manager had to use his phone to locate it, and he works half a mile away.
No elevated sign, hidden behind another hotel access through a lane way off the parking lot of the other hotel.
No breakfast.

Staff was great. Went above and beyond to get me a downstairs room because I can not climb stairs due to a medical issue!
Negatives:
The bed wasn't comfortable and the fitted sheet kept coming off while sleeping.
