Kevin’s helped with the refund was the only good think about our experience in this hotel.
Negatives:
Beds are very old and uncomfortable. Additionally, there seems to be a lingering smell of smoke in the rooms. Furthermore, the noise from the nearby highway can be quite disruptive during the night.

Poor quality hotel
Positives:
Kevin Madison was very helpful to resolve the issue that we had at the beginning with the property when the lady at the desk didn’t find our reservation so we have to rent a new room and then got charge twice. Kevin help us to do the refunding
Negatives:
The beds are old and super uncomfortable. And even tho it’s a non smoke hotel, the two rooms that we had smell smoke. Also being close to the highway is very noisy at night.

Positives:
Great value as compared to the other hotels in the area. The place is old but well taken care of. The room was clean and It was really nice to be able to park right outside my door. The desk clerk was very personable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend for any traveler who needs place to rest for the night and isn't concerned about ammenities. Save your money!

Everything was good We left our favorite pillow there and we went back about 12 hours later, they had our pillow waiting for us. My mil was so very happy

Almost impossible to find the place. Only guests must book online, because it is completely hidden from the highway. Maybe 40 rooms , only 6 cars in the lot, and a NO VACANCY sign on the office window.
Checked both sides of the interstate, because GPS seemed as confused as I was. Finally asked staff at a nearby restaurant. Manager had to use his phone to locate it, and he works half a mile away.
No elevated sign, hidden behind another hotel access through a lane way off the parking lot of the other hotel.
No breakfast.

Staff was great. Went above and beyond to get me a downstairs room because I can not climb stairs due to a medical issue!
