Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The indoor pool was dirty and was not heated. Side exit doors were left propped open. One of the two nights staff could not be found near or around the front desk. Bed in room 309 was very, very uncomfortable. Me and my partner tossed and turned all night Saturday night and myself ended up getting up at 2:30 in the morning and could not go back to sleep.Bed in room 309 was very, very uncomfortable. Positives:
The breakfast was great and had lots of options! My daughter loved the pancake maker.
Negatives:
The only thing we didnt care for was the smell when we went into our room. It was very clean but I think it was just an air freshener or something that was sprayed was a little strong.

Over all our stay was great. The front desk staff were super nice.
Negatives:
I stayed in room 108. The air conditioner was leaking water and the carpet around that area was wet. When taking a shower the tub would not drain properly and the water would build up to our ankles

Breakfast was very good and better than expected. Hotel was very clean. Indoor pool was nice. Staff were very friendly. Conveniently located.
Negatives:
The back parking area was not lit because the street lamp was not working, the front area was lit. It was very dark in the back parking area and we didn't like that. We had to park in the back because of limited parking

Food deliveries not allowed inside hotel yet there wasn?t a single meal item available for purchase. Nothing but candy and chips available to purchase. At least you could go get your own food and bring it in. Pool was being used for swim lessons.
