Reserved because of indoor pool. Upon arrival there was a small sign that read the pool was closed. Nothing at all on the website. They offered a refund that would take days to process. Meanwhile I have to find another hotel and spend MORE money. Had to sit in lobby over an hour to cancel reservation and refund
