The staff was very attentive. Served us cold drinks at the pool for free. Made excellent recommendations for dinner. The rooms were clean. It was an overall great experience. This will be our third time staying here but I do not believe it will be our last.

Location was close to downtown and in walking distance of a lot of things.
Negatives:
The beds were very small. Our AC didn’t work properly and was VERY loud. No hot water in the shower, tried at multiple different times and never got hot. Floor either had stains or did not look to have been mopped at all recently. Saw 2 cockroaches outside roaming the steps.

The location because it is downtown near a lot of happenings.

The door to our room had obviously been kicked in at some point bc there was a huge gap mid ways down. There were little white flying bugs in the room. The room definitely needed to be updated. The tub facet ran a stream constantly. People seemed to just hang out around the hotel. NOT worth $185 that we spent!! Very disappointing.

Staff was great and nice decorum. Great coffee each morning! Although breakfast wasn't free in the adjacent dining area by the pool the sandwiches and fruit were excellent.
Negatives:
Hotel is fairly noisy due to pool on the inside rooms and road noise on the outside rooms.
