Positives: Price
Negatives: Location

Positives: They don't tell you you must pay a 100 or 200 deposit. And you only get it back if room is clean an no damage. Well left roo clean an no damage...still waiting on my deposit. I would notgo back there again.

Positives: The location is the only good thing about this place
Negatives: The floor, walls, sink toilet and tub were all dirty, the room smelled like mildew. We didn't see bugs but my son had bites all over his neck and chin when we left, the creamer for the coffee was liquid and came out in a big clump, so not stay here!

Positives: It was a good location to lookout mountain.
Negatives: There was crayon all over the walls, I did not have a fitted sheet on my bed and the blankets had holes all over them. Also, my tv didn't work.

Positives: The hotel is convenient to everything in Chattanooga.
Negatives: The staff gave me a difficult time with my service animal; later they conceded.
The hotel is exactly what you would expect in the price range. The continental breakfast was terrible - a honey bun and coffee; no cereal! If you have a service animal they will try to charge you. In my state, I do not have to carry papers for my animal, but this hotel wants papers. Overall the stay was adequate to fit our needs.
