Chose this property due to being offered free cancellation till 6 pm, day of arrival. On a driving trip, you never know what delays you’ll encounter, so this is a fantastic option to have!

The beds. The breakfast.

The staff : Robin at the front desk is rude and needs a new job. She was rude to us the very first night we checked in because we were looking at the breakfast area for the following morning. We also asked for extra towels the first night. She was exasperated about the request and reluctantly agreed to give us extra.
Our last night here (thank goodness we are leaving) Robin accused my daughter of not being a guest because she was using the public bathroom in the hallway near the guest lobby. She told her she was going to jail if she was using the restroom there and wasn't a guest. Hey Robin, sometimes when four people share a hotel room, their private bathroom Is occupied.
You're ridiculous and rude.
Will N E V E R stay here again. The housekeeping staff was nice. They need to take Robin's spot. I probably won't stay at a LaQuinta again because of this experience. I will pay a lot more to stay at a place that values their guests. The a/c in the room cycles on and off too much and it's hard to sleep with the fluctuation in noise.
